SWEAT by Sofia: Tabata Style Leg Day Workout!

Have you been scared to try one of my SWEAT by Sofia classes? Well here is your chance to try one without anyone knowing!

My classes are for all ages, all fitness levels, and require minimal equipment! You can do them in the comfort of your home, hotel room, or even office!

For this lower body workout, you will need a couch, chair or bench nearby, and a heavy object (I recommend a dumbbell, kettlebell, laundry detergent container, beer growler, whatever you have!).

In this video, I do the workout with you! And explain each movement, with modifications if you need them.
